Refund Policy

All payments made for consultations are final and non-refundable.

Cancellation by User
- No refund will be provided for missed or cancelled appointments by the user

Cancellation by Service Provider
- If the appointment is cancelled by us, a full refund will be processed

Duplicate Payments
- In case of duplicate transactions, the extra amount will be refunded upon verification

Technical Issues
- If a consultation cannot be completed due to technical issues, users may contact us for resolution

Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
